  1. pushups alone wont make you totally jacked. Just do as many as you can 3-4 times a day.


  2. Check out Scott Colby's website (www.theabsexpert.com). He has a

    video demo of something like 20 different push up variations. I would

    recommend doing one set of 15-20 reps of 5 variations every day.

    Tip: keep your abs super tight when you do your push ups. It really

  3. you can do as meny as u want even 500 a day and u wont be jacked u will be really cut and lean tho. weight liftin gets u jacked
