  1. The HoneyBaked Ham site says to figure 1/2 lb per adult for a dinner setting and 1/3 lb per adult in a buffet setting.

    Hope that helps.


  2. One pound would be sufficient for 3 persons. In your case, you would need 17 pounds. I will make it about 20 pounds. Left-over can be used for lunch sandwiches. Better to be over than short for a party.
