How many quarts of transmission fluid does a 1994 GMC Sierra series ext cab with a MG5 transmission require?

Just put the oil in until it starts to come out the fill hole on the side of the transmission.

A 94 should be a NV3500 or 4500, I thought the mg5 was last used in 1991. The 88-91 mg5 holds 1.8 quarts, the nv3500 holds 2.2 quarts and the 4500 holds 4.
