  7. there has been 2 queen regents, Elizabeth I and Elizabeth II (Current Monarch), but Elizabeth II's mother was styled HM, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Consort.

  8. Queen Elizabeth I, and Queen Elizabeth II.

    2.

  9. The present Queen is Queen Elizabeth the Second.  Draw your own conclusions.

  10. None. Elizabeth I was Queen of England and Ireland. Elizabeth II is Queen of the United Kingdom. The only English/British Queen that held the title "Queen of Great Britain" was Anne, the last monarch from the House of Stuart. On 1 May 1707, under the Acts of Union 1707, England and Scotland were united as a single state, the Kingdom of Great Britain. Anne became its first sovereign, while continuing to hold the separate crown of Queen of Ireland.

Note: It was only until during George III's reign the realms of Great Britain and Ireland were joined, forming the United Kingdom in the mid 1800's. Queen Victoria was the first British monarch to hold the title "Queen of the United Kingdom."

  11. As Daniel W points out, although the current Queen Elizabeth is monarch over an area that includes Great Britain, she is not the Queen of Great Britain any more than she is Queen of England, or Queen of London. She is Queen of the United Kingdom.

The term Great Britain refers only to Wales, Scotland and England. Northern Ireland is a part of the United Kingdom, and its people are subject to the Queen in the same way that the Welsh, Scots and English are.

In addition, of course, Elizabeth II is Queen of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, Barbados, the Bahamas, Grenada, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, and Saint Kitts and Nevis. Each title is held separately.

However, she does not hold the title "Queen of Great Britain".  Only the following monarchs have been monarchs of Great Britain: Anne, George I, George II and George III. All four were also monarchs of Ireland, but as a separate title. George III began his reign as George III of Great Britain, but later became George III of the United Kingdom.

Therefore, unless you're ready to claim that there have been two Queen Elizabeths of Warwick (or of Wrexham, for that matter), the correct answer is 0.
