How many questions do they usually ask on the civics test in USA for naturalization?

i was just wonderin how many questions they ask on da civics test, cuz ive heard dat they ask 15 and u just gotta get like 10 of em... but i was doin a lil research on it on da internet and i read dat they ask 10 questions... plus da book they give u to study involves 100 questions. like da questions are not hard at alll.. but da thing is i just wanna noe wat to expect.. ya noe?

so if any1s ever takin da civics test for naturalization here in da states, plz answer ma question..

  1. You need to answer six out of ten.  The test is straight forward if you read up on it in advance.

  3. Usually 10. When are you taking the test?

    If an applicant:

    Applies BEFORE October 1, 2008 and is scheduled for his or her naturalization interview BEFORE October 1, 2008, he or she will take the current test.

    Applies BEFORE October 1, 2008 and is scheduled for his or her naturalization interview AFTER October 1, 2008, he or she can choose to take the current test or the redesigned version.

    Applies AFTER October 1, 2008, he or she will take the redesigned version.

    Is scheduled for his or her naturalization interview AFTER October 1, 2009, regardless of when he or she applied, he or she will take the redesigned version.
