I was feeding my 11 month niece those melt in your mouth poofs and was wondering if she was eating too many. When I looked at the serving size it said 90 PIECES!!! Does your toddler eat 90 poofs??

  1. I think they are so low in nutritional value because they are so airy that it takes that many to actually calculate the calories, fat, etc!  My son would only eat a few, but my nephew would eat the whole thing if we let him!

  2. I noticed that the serving size on them is really high too and I was shocked to see it because I thought it was alot. My son only eats about 15-20 pieces at the most and he is also 11 months old.

  3. My 2yr old probably eats about 30 at a time and the one yr. old I watch eats about 20 per sitting.

  4. Good god no! I noticed that too before I gave them to my daughter and kind of wondered about it.  She eats between 10 and 15 in one sitting, but she is also younger, almost 7 months.  She would eat more, but I don't let her, she will overeat those even though she doesn't overeat anything else.  I think she just likes eating them, lol.

  5. I noticed that as well. I think it is way to much for one serving. I have triplets that are 4 months. Emmi eats about 15-20 at a time. Nate eats about  10-15. Gabi only eats about 5 - she's just starting on solids. We cut it off after that much.

  6. Id give my daughter a little handful for a snack but i think if i let her she would eat the whole thing when i did feed them to her. Shes 19 months now and i gave her one she just stuck out her tongue... with it attached as shook her head no lol. I guess shes to "mature" for the puffs now lol.
