There are 4 basic races in the world I think. And the rest can be categorized in them.

Genetically, there are only one race. As there are no significant genetic differences which classify human being into different types of races. Thus there are only one race for everyone!

Species of man would be a more fitting term unless you are talking about races as in car races and foot races, or lawn mower races. As far as man goes there are only 2, me and the rest of you earthlings!
