How many recognized Fibonacci Sequence Variants are there?

What are they?

I didn't know about the 2,8,10,18... one.

Depends on what you mean by "recognized".

The classic sequence is the one beginning  1, 1, 2, 3, .....etc., but you could generate an infinite number of other sequences by choosing different integers to begin with  -  one such is the sequence of Lucas numbers  :  2, 1, 3, ....

The article already quoted does refer  -  in the paragraph "Generalizations", towards the end of the article, third bullet point.
