One small bunch several days per week will be very good for you.  Have them as a mid afternoon snack or with breakfast.  Red grape juice will also give you the same benefits.  Some researchers say that Concord grape juice has even more of the resveretrol (the beneficial compound) than many other red grapes, but the highest of all is probably red Muscadine.  This is a grape native to the southeastern US.
