How many reps and sets of jump roping should I do if I want to see alot of results?

    Man, jumping rope is hard work!

    I guess it depends on what shape you're in already.

    Try to jump for 5 minutes straight and see how you feel.

    If that's too easy, go for 10 consecutive minutes and see how you feel and adjust your session accordingly.

    For the sake of variety, I'd think no more than 15 minutes per day.
