How many rods can 1 person have in the water in ny?

call your local bait and tackle shop they should know. In C A they just recently maid it so you can fish inland rivers if you have a 2 pole stamp. So check maybe

not sure, good question though, i normally take 3 or 4 with me when iam fishing for catfish and have an extra one so i can fish for bass at the same time
