  1. For the UK it is :-

Queen Elizabeth 11 is British and her husband Prince Phillip (Formally Prince Phillippos of Greece and Denmark) is Greek born

Sorry that is all I know

  2. I am aware of no such families in Europe.  The trend toward marrying commoners is moving the British, Spanish and Norwegian royal families further toward their nationalities.  Prince Felipe married a Spaniard.  The Crown Prince of Norway married a Norwegian.  The Swedish heir has been dating a Swedish man for a while, so we shall see if they get engaged.

Elizabeth II is roughly 1/2 German; 1/2 British (her mother was the first non-royal born Queen in quite while).  Her husband may be Greek born, but the Greek royal family had no Greek heritage.  They were a branch of the, mostly German, Danish royal family.  Charles put some more English heritage in the Windsor family tree with Diana.
