How many scoops of coffee do I use for a 42 cup coffee maker?

I like a mild strength cup of coffee and I use 1 scoop of coffee for every two cups of water.  Answer for your question, 21.

I use 1 heaping tsp. for every 2 cups of water. It takes12 heaping  tsp. to equal 1 cup. Which means 1 cup of coffee grounds makes 24 cups of coffee. 2 cups of coffee grounds would make 48 cups of coffee. Mine is not as strong as most ppl like it, about medium so i wouldn't change the amount of coffee from 48 to 42. It'll just be a little stronger than medium.

3-4 is good. unless u like ur coffee really dark then u can always add 1-2 more scoops...
