How many seats r available -in <span title="engineering,Maharashtra-for">engineering,Maharashtra-f...</span> male open merit & not from minority community?

Question

Many eng colleges belong to minority communities like sindhi,kachhi etc.They have 50%reservation.Govt. colleges have reservation based on caste, gender,etc.That leaves relativly few seats for males of non reservation castes who r also not in the 'minority' community.
