How many seats required to form government in INDIA?

I know, it is just majority( more than half), but i need confirmation. one of my friend is saying 2/3 majority is necessary..so could you plz confirm. and please provede reliable web-link to prove this

To form the government you need half the seats, about 273 now.

To pass a constitutional amendment 2/3 of Loksabha should vote for it.
