I see some good answers here----I was thinking----they COULD blame President Bush because it burned out----and then threaten to start another impeachment process if he refuses to send a presidential aide over to change it.

  1. One to think about starting the bill. A few committees to attach some pork barrel, a full senate to whine and debate, then approve it.

  2. One, it just takes him 6 years and a fundraising campaign.

  3. I'll form a wasteful time consuming sub-comitee to ask the lobbyists what they think, and the I'll get back to you on it

  4. 100 to declare war on the light bulb to make it change and 100,000 troops to shoot until it changes

  5. Is that counting advisers also?.  that's  way over 300. and still can't Change it.Until  they  call one experienced Republican to show them how.to do it right.  Love it don't you?. LOL

  6. If you will check, I think you'll find that "replacing a light bulb" is not part of their job description.

  7. That's a mighty big leap of faith to assume they possess the skill and know how for such a complex task.  Personally, I don't think they could successfully do it as a group function since the written process for performing the function would be full of amendments and composed in a manner impossible to understand, much less follow.

  8. First they have to get up a committee. Then they have to waste taxpayer money to travel and find out what other countries do. But, all they really need to do is: 1 to get the chair, 1 to stand on it, and 8 more to lift the chair and turn it around. The guy on the chair just has to hold the light bulb while he is being turned.

  9. Two... One to s***w it in, and one to s***w it up!
