There are 5 sets in total.

Fifth set [if necessary] is played to 15 points.

The first team to reach 25 points wins the set and the first team to win 3 sets wins the match.

best of 5.   First team to win 3 sets WINS. Last game is to 15.

It's the same for men and women

You go to 21 and then it's best 2 out of 3 and if the Home side wins one and the Visitor wins one then you have to play another game which is in rally scoring and whoever wins that round wins the whole game!  

May I add that if the time runs out and you're tied then you have to win by two
