  1. do not do situps, they are useless.

an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

  2. Start off doing maybe 10 5 times a day and each day add 5 more. Then give me a call because you sound hot. haha

  3. i do 200 a day..but maybe try starting out with like 5 sets of 10 a day and then work up from that!

  4. To lose fat, you need to focus on cardio, not sit ups. While sit ups may help with ab muscle, you'll still have that layer of fat covering it up. That's where cardio comes in. Cardio workouts are things like running, biking, swimming, or basically anything that gets your heart rate up to your target heart rate. You should incorporate cardio into your workouts at least 4-5 times a week, in my opinion. Don't forget to mix up your workouts, too, because it will keep your body on edge. You will see results sooner this way. Start out slow if you have to, but be consistent. It's okay to miss a workout here and there if you have good reason to, but don't let yourself make excuses all the time. Be sure you give yourself time to rest, also. Your body heals itself when you're resting, which is very important.

Diet also comes into play here. I'm not sure how healthy you're eating, but you do, so if you need to make changes, do so. Swap water for pop, fruits for candy, and eat plenty of green vegetables.

    Good luck!
