Question:

How many sit ups a day do i need to do, to tone my stomach flat?

im 13 years old, im 5ft 2 and im just under 7 stones

  1. As many as you can do with out to much pain. don't over do it. You will eventually find you can do more and more.


  2. This is a scary question. You are only 13! Why do you need o tone up yer stomach? Your body has a lot of changes to go through.Enjoy your teenage years,don't become one of these body obsessed folk.

    But if you wanna still go ahead, then my answer is 412.

    Losing more than 2 pounds a week is unhealthy. If and when you take bio you'll learn that the body tries to keep itself in homeostasis. Drastic and radical changes won't get you very far in the long run. You may see results in a short period of time but it's not worth it.

    If you want a flat stomach why don't you start start off with the basics lol...

    How about you start off with this 3x a week.

    10 crunches

    rest 10seconds

    10 crunches

    rest 10 seconds

    10 crunches rest 10 seconds

    rest 10 seconds

    10 runches

    10 twisting crunches to your left

    rest 10 seconds

    10 twisting crunches to your left

    rest 10 seconds

    10 twisting crunches to your right

    rest 10 seconds

    10 twisting crunches to your right

    rest 10 seconds

    10 crunches

    stretch yourself out.

    Oh by twisting crunches I mean by. If you are twisting to your right, you would put your left foot on your right knee. Your right knee should be flat on the ground. Your left ankle should be resting on your right knee. Keep your foot there at all times and crunch up to your right.

    But really that's just to keep your stomach a little tighter but if you have fat there the only thing thatll help you is diet and cardio lol. All that sugar you eat. Once it hits your stomach it instantly turns to fat just to let you know (:

  4. an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

    stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

    for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

    that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

    will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

    body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

    to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

    pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

  5. start of doing about 150 a day, then everyday try to do a couple more sit ups than you did the previous day. i noticed  results in about a week :)
