How many sit-ups and push ups should I do everyday?

I don't want to build up much muscle just tone up a bit while I lose weight.

  1. 200 sit ups or more if u want. 100 push ups


  2. Sit ups are actually a pretty useless exercise. They hurt your back and work very little of your abs.

    I'd try these, they work lots of different muscles.

    Usually 3 sets of 6-8 held for as long as you can stand are good numbers for many exercises.
