How many sky boxes can you have in a house?

on the sky website on choosing your combinations it only gives you the opton of one sky box plus one more? is it possible to have 3? basically any information on sky would be greeaat.

  1. You can have as many as you like. You could keep hundreds in your garage or in your attic, or even in your shed.


  2. Yes you can have upto 4 if you have a quad LNB, (the thing on the end of the arm at the sat dish) you can buy them on ebay or at Maplins. Then you will have to have 3 wires from your dish to each receiver and 3 sky cards.

  3. Yeah, i have three sky boxes in my house. One Sky+ box and two standard boxes.

  4. You can have as many as you want if you are willing to pay for them.

    Personally I doidn't like the idea of Sky only allowing me to view one satellite.

    I paid £160 for a motorised dish and receiver box and can now view 23 satellites and 6,500 channels across Europe. All premeire football, sports, and movies. No monthly subscription and a usb stick acts as a pvr.

    Stuff Sky wanting money every month.
