2 years - self-taught - I love carving fresh powder!!!

I live in a Ski town so I get to the slopes at least twice a week :) Get out a play!!!

I have been snowboarding for 13 years. Wow! Half my life already.

I hadn't tried it when I spend $400 to buy my first setup. Burton board and bindings with airwalk boots.

I rode in on the logging trails in Pennsylvania mostly loved it!!! I still like that better than going to a resort.

My favorite trick is a fakie backflip with a method.

Been snowboarding for 9 years now. Started out when i was about 12. What made me switch was when i saw all these snowboarders performing awesome tricks. Back then  snowboarding was just starting to get popular so it took me a month of begging to get my own board (I had been on skis since the day i was able to walk. My parents just wouldn't want me to switch. One day when we went up skiing they saw some girls taking lessons and they rented a board and paid for the lessons. Been snowboarding since that day =D) My favorite trick which i can't do yet but still working on is the Michalchuk. The last 3 years I haven't had much  time to hit the slopes. I'm a full time university student. But whenever i get a chance to go snowboarding i go.  I love it. =D

My first time on a board was in '99, then nothing until a long weekend in '00 or '01, then I bought a board this winter and was ripping it up 2-3 times a month until I broke my arm on the slopes 3 wks ago.
