How many songs would U have to dance to, to burn 200-300 calories?

Or how many minutes, I should say. Upbeeat songs, I would be constantly moving.

Im 15, 119lbs...if that matter

It really depends on your heart rate.  If you're dancing, and you keep your HR at around 125 - 135 bmp (beats per minute - just feel your pulse, count for 15 seconds, then multiply by 4) you should be able to burn 200 - 300 calories in about 20 - 30 minutes.  Now, this is a lot of dancing, but if you figure a song averages 3.5 minutes, you'll go through about 7 - 10 songs before you hit your calorie burn goal.  Good luck!

  9. Have your parents buy you a stripper pole for your 16th birthday.  

    Learn what a tshirt dance is and invite your boyfriends over.  You will burn more calories after the dance than during!
