How many stamps do I need to send a postcard from Illinois, USA to Germany?

I have a French Exchange Student that wants to send a postcard to her friends in Germany.

i sent a letter to Cambodia last year and i cost me around 90 cents.. a postcard shouldn't be more than that

I think it costs a few cents more to send mail outside the Unites States.

I'm from Illinois too, and I want to send letters to my friends in France and Jordan.

I'm not sure what it costs exactly, but I haven't looked into it that much.
