you can use 1 forever stamp as long as it weighs under an ounce, if it weighs more then you will have to add another one.

A first class stamp will cost 42 cents starting the middle of this month.  Remember...Hawaii is part of the United States.  So...you will pay for the same amount for a stamp as we all do.  If it is a regular letter, it's 42 cents.  If it is heavier or bigger, go to the post office and have them weigh it.
