How many stamps does it take if i wana send a cd in a regular plastic case to my friend?

Its just a cd in a regular plastic case without anything special. In a regular envelope too so how many stamps do i need? Sending in the same state

  with the new postal regs use two to be safe. it really costs about .69 cents but two .42 cent will more than cover it, see it is about one once in weight, but cannot bent, so it is not machinable and costs more by current rules. So two works just fine.
