  1. Not sure I think two thirds.  BUT what is the difference since the Constitution is ignored by all 3 branches of govt today.


  2. 9 of 13 had to ratify for it to become law. All 13 eventually ratified it but during a span from 1787 to 1790 with Rhode Island being the last

  3. I think it was 9 out of 13.

  4. Nine Colonies had to ratfy it for it to become law (9 of 13) however, for the Amendments all 13 Colonies had to ratify for the Amendment to become Law.
