  2. According to yahoo there are 134 train stations in London.  I don't know whether or not that includes over grounds or not.  It may also include disused stations.

  9. good question, I cant be bothered to count them all.

    However I can tell you there are 5 with an X in the name. I visited all 5 in one day, and had a pint in the nearest pub.
