It's up about two levels of the castle.

Hardest thing is lying on your back and leaning under the battlements headfirst. Try getting up from that easily!

However this figure can be disputed as people loose count with tiredness climbing.

And the steps are skinny ones and uneven stone. When you are passing someone coming down while you are going up, be careful.  And don't be afraid to lie on your back once you get to the stone as many others are!  Take time to look at the grounds surrounding the castle, particularly the "wishing steps." And finally, buy yourself an official certificate after you have kissed it to prove to others that you have the gift of "Blarney!"
