How many substitutes can an international friendly match made?

I was quite surprised that for Singapore-Brazil Olympic match taken place on monday, there were 7 and 6 substitutes made respectively.

Can anyone enlighten me on this question and are there any other differences between a friendly and league or cup match?

The number of subs on a friendly match is agreed by the two teams playing.

In International frendly duets can make 6 substitution and in official can make 3 substitution
