How many sutures should a puppy have if they just got spayed?

my puppy got spayed about 5 days ago, and i was looking at her tummy and i think theres only 2 or 3 sutures!! has she chewed a few out?? and should i take her back to get them redone

My Golden had 3.  Vet said to bring her back after a week to remove them.  Since it has been 5 days for your pup, she should be pretty well healed, having them redone isn't necessary.

It depends how big the incision was. She may of only needed 2 or 3 sutures!

it depends on how big of a dog she is too. my dog is about 18 lbs and she had 3....so she's probably ok.

and she should be wearing a cone so that she cant l**k or chew on them. i know they don't like wearing it, but it's for their own good. :)
