If you have a chinese spoon ie the ceramic type. It is 4 level spoons of that.

My husband like his chicken wings roasted until crispy outside. Eat with salt.

For me, It would be nice to mix Oyster Sauce with Soya Sauce - pour over raw wings and bake for half an hr. Eat with Sweet Chilli Sauce or on its own. Delicious. Or just bake wings for half an hr and make up some curry sauce for dipping.
