  1. During 2006 in Colorado, 72 teen drivers and passengers ages 15 to 20 were killed in motor vehicle crashes, and 68% (49 teens) of those killed were not wearing their seat belts at the time of the fatal crash

  3. I am certified to do teaching for the "National Safety Council" in Itaska Ill. You can get true facts if you contact them for that precise information. They may even send you a cd with all of your safety concerns. I know nation-wide, the numbers of deaths for teens are 30ish per day. So how many crashes in a state that I don't live in would be available through NSC or your Colorado Secretary of State's Office.
