How many teens are homeschooled so that they can persue dreams in the sport aspect?

I'm sure there are many. Neither of my children have a desire to pursue sports, but in our circle of friends and acquaintences we have three dancers, an ice skater, two on baseball scholarships, three models and an actress.

None of these families decided, "hey, we will homeschool so we can do this." Instead it was more of a situation of "this is something we want to do, and homeschooling allows our children to spend more time achieving excellence."

The situation with the actress and the models is they are successful because they are available for shoots and casting calls during the school day, while others are not.

Same with the baseball players on scholarships, they had the time to attend clinics and tournaments others could not.

I am homeschooled and I love sports.

Being homeschooled has helped my with my Skateboarding, my Snowboarding, and my Airsoft (talking sport wise only), it just gives me extra time to accomplish alot of other things.
