  1. All dog have the same number, 42. Some poorly bred "teacup" or "tiny toy" dogs have jaws that are so misshapen that they have fewer teeth, but a normal healthy dog has the full 42.

  2. I think it is 42

  3. by three years old, your dog should have all of its teeth.  dogs lose baby teeth and get adult ones usually before their first birthday.

  4. All of them?

  5. On the top jaw: 6 incisors, 2 canines, 8 premolars (including the carnassial- big bone crunching tooth) and 4 molars at the very back.

On the bottom jaw: 6 incisors, 2 canines, 8 premolars (again including the carnassial) and 6 molars at the very back.

Keep in mind these numbers include both sides of the jaw, so the left and the right.

By 3 years old your dog should have all of her teeth, they normally all have come through by around 8 months. May vary by breed.

  6. All breeds lose their baby teeth by about 7 months of age.

Any breed dog has 42 teeth as an adult.
