  2. Most snakes - including ball pythons- have two rows of backward curved teeth on each side of the upper jaw and one row on each side of the lower jaw.

Like this, but smaller, as this is a Burmese:

  3. Ball Pythons have lots of teeth.  How many depends on the size and how if any have been broken.  They are broken off and replaced often, like sharks.  They have four rows of teeth on the top jaw and two on the bottom.  Like little fish hooks they face inward and are  designed to hold prey.  They can unhindge there jaws to swallow large items, and their bottom jaw is divided into two halves.  It can move each half sepertly and walk food items into its mouth.  A good estimet would be 100 to 150 teeth.  I would not be fearfull of for you daughter though.  Ball pythons are very tame snakes.  They tend to "Ball up" with there head in the center for protection when frightened.  They would only strike when confused.  Stricking a large person is probaly more painfull to the snake, as it will break teeth.  The fish hook teeth are not designed to let go easly.  To be safe, make sure you wash hands after handling small animals.  I do not handle my snakes much the day that I feed them.  The next day is the best time to play with them.

  4. when ur bored try counting them =D

  5.   more then you wanna feel. Im not sure if they even have teeth but it should not matter, the fangs matter

  6. A good few, about 30+

But you wont want to find out lol

  7. Ball Python's usually have around 30 - 35 teeth , hope this helped = ) ~ carmelicious ~

  8. A ball python probably has around 30 fangs. The fangs are not like venomous snakes fangs, but like very sharp teeth. I don't know why they are called fangs... they just are. If it bites it will definitely bleed. I have one about 16-18 inches long and her fangs are about 1/8 inch long. That may not sound big, but 30-35 razor sharp fangs of any length are going to hurt. But you really don't have to worry about anything if you are supervising your daughter when she's handling the snake. Mine has never even struck at me. Just make sure she doesn't make the snake feel like it's a prey item. I hope this helps.
