I think we have captured a lot.  However, due to liberal laws, we cannot execute.  Due to liberal laws, we cannot capture terrorists either.

I agree with the sentiment of most answers, not enough.  We will never know because the cowardly b******s hide out.  In the case of Afghanistan when we blow up  a cave, who knows how many of the scum bags are in there.
