How many things I hear about STEUBENVILLE,Ohio are true?

I hear that in the old days it was a booming town,with a lot of gambling and A GREAT RED LIGHT DISTRICT? I hear it's in DECLINE these days???

The things you listed were true. Steubenville was a prosperous industrial town at one time, but times there are definitely hard there - it's a pretty sorry-looking place, and the air pollution was terrible when I was there last summer.
