  1. God is loving and likes the act of love

    Praise Aphrodite!

  2. If god exists, which I doubt highly, I think he is neither loving, nor is he worthy of being feared. I do not fear You, therefor I do not fear your God. You fear me. Does that make me your God? maybe your god-in-waiting? like a lady-in-waiting...

go ahead and report this one. you have every right to. i dont care.

  3. All of the above.

God is loving, caring and forgiving, but God demands, yes demands, love and obedience.  And why not?

  10. Of course I believe God is an all loving, caring and forgiving God.  He is the only true God.  Yes I believe God should be feared (revered and respected). God is Omnipresent!  He loves all of us.

  11. completely loving and forgiving....

  12. Those that know God know that He/She is pure love, truth and joy.  .Those that  think otherwise and fear God do not know God.  .All can know the truth by reading the Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch (available at your library)  God bless

  13. How can one fear love, forgiveness, mercy, and grace?

  14. IF he were real, he should be feared

  15. Should a person who is ALL loving be feared?

  16. Just because God does not fit into you mold of what you want in God, does not mean that He is not loving and caring.  God is also just and will have things His way.  With all freedoms comes rules which someone will always hate.

  17. To quote bill hciks "god is love and love is all there is, and if thats all there is, there can be no opposite"

  18. I do. He is almighty, all-knowing and omnipresent. He made you and me and this entire universe. He sent His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins, so that we could be reconciled to God.

I think God is loving, caring and forgiving. I definitely think He should be feared.

  20. I think all gods are make believe.

  22. Job 28:28 And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that [is] wisdom; and to depart from evil [is] understanding.

Pro 9:10 The fear of the LORD [is] the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy [is] understanding.

  23. He is all that you said He is. Fearing God is not the same way you feared someone and you hide when comes. He is not someone you obey because he is strong, vicious and tyrant. You follow His words because of love between you and Him and you fear the day that you may do something that may draw you away from Him. It is not that He will turn His back on you, it is you who normally turns your back on Him. Return to Him and He is there.

  24. Fear means respectful. He is all loving, caring, and forgiving. I respect that.

  25. None of the above.

  26. Both apply to the God of the Bible. If we believe our sin is stronger than God's mercy, we insult Him. If we fail to fear God as our Judge, we cannot show Him the respect due to Him, nor can we truly humble ourselves in His presence.
