  1. well high school is two time-outs each an twelve subs.  atleast the high school area i play in

  2. You can be in there as long as your coach wants you to be in. it all depends on how good you are doing. You may have to come out sometimes cause every player has to be in a certian amount of time. I hope i helped you!!

  3. TWO time outs in each quarter

atleast 4 high school volley ball

    idk bout others

  4. 4 timeouts

    18 substitutions

  5. The time outs are one of the few rules that all of the different rules agree on.  FIVB (international), NCAA (college), USAV (club) and NFSHSA (junior high and high school) all allow 2 time outs per game or set.  (games and sets are the same thing.  Just different words used by different rules.)

The substitutions are a different story.

FIVB (international) allows 6 team subs per set and only one re-entry into the set.

NCAA (college) allows 15 per game.

USAV (club) allows 12 per set.

NFSHSA (junior high and high school) allows 18 per game.

There are even variations in those rules.  USAV has an open division that follows the FIVB rule of 6 subs per set.  And the NAIA division of college has unlimited subs.
