There is no control for " how many times ' but will be some Restriction for you to stay here long  times.every 90 days is allow you to stay for  total 60 days ! if you are by SEA to enter Singapore, ICA sometimes may ask Question and need you to show or proved , you are enough money to stay here ! if there think you  " money not enough " , sometimes will only allow you for few day. even just stamp 1 or 2 day ! ( like 20 years ago , when Singaporean apply VISA to USA, embassy need us to show our bank account  record ! and ask many Q ) please understand this, our Government and people Welcome you, but just some control matter !

but seriously, I have never heard any restriction if you carry a valid pp you can fly in as many time as you like to Singapore as a tourist. Your country might have some condition though which I am not familiar with. Likewise, I can go to Batam or Bali as many time as I like so long as  I  have the money.

As much as you can afford it. There is no restriction whatsoever, only restriction on your country side as if you are oblidge for some service whatsoever inside your nation, then you have some restriction for it. Ask your Indonesian side as its better.
