aight i S**t once a day. BUT i learned in anatomy and physiology that it is actually healthiest to take 4-5 s**+ts a day!!! holy d**n who taked 5 dumps a day??? appearenly everyone should take at LEAST 2-3. but wow, i couldnt c**p that much. im stickin with once maybe twice a day.

Once, usually.  Twice if I eat a lot, like, pizza or somethin'.  Three times if I eat Oreo cookies, too (yum, but WOW! at the gas!).  Four times if I go to a buffet.  Now I'm hungry.
