How many times a week does your whole family sit down and eat a home cooked meal?

Probably about 3 or 4 nights a week. We eat out a lot.

Every day we are together but my children are both grown up and left home with their own families and  they too sit at a table together each meal time.

On average, I would say, about 2 times.  My husband works long hours so he is home about twice a week for dinner, but the kids and I sit at the table about 5 times a week.
