I want to do the best I can at figure skating and was wondering how many times a week

I should be practicing and how many times a week I should be working out?

  2. Figure skating is a sport in which individuals, pairs, or groups perform spins, jumps, footwork and other choreography on ice and require great physical strength especially thighs and calves. To reach your full potential I suggest that you should work out daily focusing mostly on your thighs and should be skating at least twice a week.
