How many times a week should a teenager wash her hair?

should i do it daily? but if i shower too many times won't i get sick. isn't like three times a week enough?

uhm . ew 3 times a week .. ? well idk i wash my hair every day .. i know its bad but if i dont for one day i feel very incomfortable

It depends on the texture of your hair. If you have tightly curled hair you should wash your hair once a week, depending on how much sebum (oil) your hair produces. Keep in mind that the hair should not be washed excessively or it can strip your hair of it's natural oils..making it appear lifeless and dull. how long oes it tak ebefore your hair gets oily? Everyone has different schedules as to when they wash their hair, and as long as you are not washing your hair daily....any regimen is appropriate.

If you do feel that you need to wash your hair daily, wash it with shampoo maybe two times a week, and then use a dry shampoo consisting of baking soda or arrowroot to clean your scalp. This way your hair will stay clean, but wont be dried out.

You should wash your hair every other day. But make sure to dry your hair all the way or dry the roots if you want it to air dry a little. If you dry the roots or dry it all the way your head wont itch that much and smell or have head oil. So you can wash your hair every other day.

well, i wash my hear 3 times a week. my hair stylist and other professional told me that. its not good for the hair to be washed every day. but you should brush it every night to get dirt and dust away and clean a little. the dyas you dont wash your hair just use a shower cap
