  1. yoga is low intensity exercise so with out changing your diet you won't see much if any weight loss from it.


  2. It depends on your schedule and time! But, you can exercise for 20 or 30 min every day. Yoga helps lose weight, when done correctly. You'll need to learn about it, and be consistent with your practice. Yoga makes you very energetic.. it tones your entire body.

  3. yoga is good for flexibility and strength but unless your doing intense yoga for 5 hours you need 30 Min's of high intensity cardio at least 3 times a week to lose weight.

  4. yoga helps lose weight and make you feel better about yourself . if you start your day everyday with about a 20 minute yoga relaxation it gives you excersize , a clear mind, and a little boost of energy to start your day. =)

  5. Since yoga is a system that covers ever aspect of human activity, it is possible to do it ever minute of every day. The physical work out part can be safely done daily .

    Yoga is generally a fairly low impact excercise, so you need to do loads of it to have any impact.

    Why dont you mix it up with another fun, but more high impact excercise like dance or tampolining?
