  1. every other day

    one day to exercise

    the next for your muscles to rest and so on  


  2. WELL I WOULD SAY MON WED AND FRI .. SO LIKE 3 TIMES A WEEK OR TWO IF YOUR SORE THE NEXT DAY LIKE MON AND THEN FRI

  3. day after day is OK for ladies. Always leave one day inbetween exercise for abs.  

  4. for a guy 2, for a girl u dont want as bulging abs though so probably more and then higher reps

  5. Once a week is fine as long as you hit them hard, trust me. Diet is numero uno
