If you lived in Canada and had to cross the border often, like a truck driver, you could use the visa to apply for admission dozens of times every month.

  3. Multiple entry-means that you can travel 3 times within 5 years. It's up to the in-charge of the "port of entry" of how long you can stay there. But i would suggest that you will leave the states before the visa expire. So that it will be given a visa again. You should have a good record.
