How many times can a company call your home in one day. Can they call till you answer.?

My Chiropractor's office will call several times a day until you answer the phone. The will even call you when they are closed to ask why you reschedule. This is harrasment?

You should call them or answer them and say you don't appreciate them calling so much that it is annoying and they should stop. If not i would go to another chiropractor.

This answer will differ from state to state depending upon their laws.  That being said once you are a customer of a business and have used their services, they have more legitimacy in calling you.  If they are "cold-calling" for business, you are more in control.  In my state (Kentucky), no business is allowed to call before 9am or past 9pm.  Beyond that though, I think they can call as much as they want, short of literally tying up your phone line all day.  Hope this helps.

Technically, that's not harassment. You're their customer and they want your business.

If it's really bothering you, politely tell them that you don't appreciate the constant calls, and give them an exact timeframe that they should call you.
