How many times can you cheat on diet??

I mean, how many meals per week.

I'm on a ganing muscle diet, not for losing fat.

  2. the very best thing to ensure that u stick to your diet and u do not gain excess fat.. that would be having ONE CHEAT day per week.. one only.... and the toher 6 days of the week eating clean, strict

    and then doing some cardio the next day after your cheat day.. that is the very best way to do it.. if u are going to cheat 2 - 3 times a week that is like 40% of the week cheating.. not practical...

  5. I have one cheat meal per week... but some people will take one every 3-4 days.  Whatever works for you!  Although don't cheat on a day when you're not working out.

  6. Depends on how well you are doing across the board.  If you are really dedicated to the program and are making great progress, then take a day of the week and cheat, within reason of course.

  10. yea man the days u are working out say right after ur workout is when u wanna cheat seriously like you can eat cookies ice cream but make sure uget some protein u need simple carbs then to benefit u! that's like the time u want to eat those foods really its recommended u eat white bread cuz too much fat isnt good either but that's when u want simple carbs  and some protein  but i usually have a cheat sat i eat pretty much w/e i feel like just i  dont go over too much on cals though ur gaining muscle u dont wana put on too much fat u know
